This is not so much a mistake in operation, as a mistake in understanding the full
benefits of Trimloss. On many occasions in the past, a new Trimloss customer has
stated that Trimloss does all that they need and a lot more besides, that they don’t
need. In every case, any new customer who said this, has retracted their initial
viewpoint a few weeks later. They then agree that they needed the vast majority
of the benefits built into Trimloss and were very glad that those benefits were there.
It does not matter therefore if all the benefits are not appreciated at first, because
experience shows that they will be appreciated a little later and we of course emerge
with an even more enhanced reputation.
